These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of CasinoForge's casino software platform and related services. By accessing our platform, you accept these terms in full.

1. Service Scope and Licensing

CasinoForge provides white-label casino software solutions on a subscription basis. Your license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and contingent upon:

  • Maintaining active subscription payments
  • Compliance with all applicable gaming regulations
  • Adherence to our acceptable use policies
  • Valid gaming licenses in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to verify your regulatory compliance at any time. Failure to maintain proper licensing results in immediate service suspension.

2. Operator Responsibilities

As a platform operator, you're responsible for:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Obtaining and maintaining all required gaming licenses. We provide tools - you own compliance.
  • Player Protection: Implementing responsible gaming measures, age verification, and self-exclusion protocols.
  • Financial Security: Maintaining segregated player funds and proper accounting practices.
  • Data Protection: Complying with GDPR, CCPA, and applicable privacy regulations for player data.

You indemnify CasinoForge against claims arising from your regulatory violations or operational failures.

3. Platform Usage and Restrictions

Prohibited activities include:

  1. Reverse engineering or attempting to access our source code
  2. White-labeling our software to third parties without written consent
  3. Manipulating RNG systems or game outcomes
  4. Operating in jurisdictions without proper licensing
  5. Facilitating money laundering or fraudulent transactions

Violations result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Payment Terms and Refunds

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

Payment failures exceeding 7 days result in service suspension. Accounts suspended over 30 days may be permanently terminated.

5. Service Availability and Support

We target 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance when possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.

Support response times vary by plan tier. Critical issues (platform outages) receive priority regardless of plan level.

6. Intellectual Property

CasinoForge retains all rights to our software, documentation, and proprietary systems. Your subscription grants usage rights only - not ownership. Custom development work may be negotiated separately with defined IP ownership terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to your previous 12 months of subscription fees. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or regulatory penalties resulting from platform use.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach. Upon termination, you receive player data exports in standard formats within 15 business days.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration before litigation.
